This list should be a helpful guide for new moms who start breastfeeding and need some guidance to make this process easier. You certainly do not need all of the listed products. However, I listed all of the things that I used during breastfeeding, and that made this process manageable for me. One thing that I haven’t got to try was the Medela Supplemental Nursing System. Would I continue with breastfeeding not having enough milk, I would try this system for sure. This way baby stimulates breasts to produce more milk, which is better than any milk pump.
